Der bruges kun komponenter af topkvalitet: robuste trapezgevind til højdejusteringen og fjedre af højstyrke fjederståltråd, der hærdes og anløbes i en kompleks proces. Fjederbenene er zinkpassiverede for varig korrosionsbeskyttelse.
